Digital Media Program at West Valley College
Jeff Rascov is hired as a full time professor at West Valley College in 1998. He starts the Digital Media program. Over the years the program has had several grants, a European branch, and taught thousands of students in Web, Video, Animation, Graphic Design, and UX Design.
Today the program Jeff Rascov oversees is Communication Design. The program specializes in students learning skills in Graphic Design and UX Design. Students transfer to many of the local state schools.
Jeff Rascov specializes in teaching the Adobe Products, Graphic Design 1, Apple App Design, and Marketing classes.

For the past 12 years Jeff Rascov has specialized in teaching App Design. Jeff teaches the Apple SDK xcode and the Swift Programming Language.
Jeff Rascov specializes in teaching Adobe Illustrator. Jeff has been using Illustrator since the first version in 1988. Jeff installed this first version on Mac 2.
Jeff specializes in teaching Adobe Photoshop. Jeff taught his first Photoshop class in 1994. Teaches Photography skills, typography, and UX design skills.
Jeff works with students with lighting, video, and Photography.
